We may have never succeeded in defining our “sound” or making a name for ourselves over the years, but if our music is anything special to you, I hope it’s because you see how special it is to us. We love nothing more than to make music, let our hearts speak through it, and play it for our friends. Friendship is the single greatest thing music has done for us. I can’t count how many awesome people we’ve met through the years (of at all costs and scales) and how many awesome people we continue to meet. We’ve had such a great experience this past year playing shows with all you guys, thanks to places like the Monolith and the Soundpony, etc… that create space for community to grow. The reason I put so much of my time into music is because so much of my life has come out of it, the music community that is. It’s irreplaceable and I thank you all for making it that way. And finally, we are really throwing ourselves into this new album. We are stretching our musical abilities and reaching into the deepest parts of our hearts to bring you all the best album and representation of what life means to us as we can.
