Wow! We played the Soundpony “Festival of Dreams” on Saturday. What a good time! So many good friends and good bands. Thanks so much to everyone who came out at 12:30 p.m. to see us! You guys helped us do it up right.

We have a couple more shows coming up this month. We’re playing on the 22nd at Joe Mama’s Pizza and either the 29th or the 30th somewhere at the Free Tulsa Festival. Hope to see you all there!

I’ve noticed over the years, it is so hard for me to stay focused on what God wants to do with our music. I’m tempted constantly to get caught up in what I want to see happen in the future, like getting signed or going on tour, getting noticed by more people. Sometimes I really have to sit back and think about why or if I really I want those things for the band. It’s just that I feel so purposeful when playing music. When I play music, I feel like I’m doing what God has created me to do in this time in my life. Naturally, I try to figure how to move forward with that.

As I said in my last post, this month marks 10 years of the 3 of us playing music together. Friends, if you would, please pray for me. This month I would like to be here in this moment and see what God is doing right now. I want to look back on these 10 years and see all that God has done and to find a feeling of purpose and success in that. Yes, I would like to move forward with our music, but I want to LIVE in the now. Thank you all! See you soon!
